How to get in shape even if you are an absolute beginner ?

The key isn’t to go hard as much u can. The key is consistency. Pick up something you already know , something as simple as running or a cross trainer.

  1. Workout at easy pace
  2. Start with 20 minutes for 2 weeks, increase by 5 minutes weekly until you reach 40 – 60 minutes
  3. Do it every day ( Monday to Friday) or as many you can do.
  4. Increase length – not speed. Your muscles need to adjust.
  5. Be patient. Rome wasn’t built in a week…
