As an Experienced Personal Trainer and Fitness competitor, Zane has seen first hand how much his clients struggled to reach their fitness goals. The primary problem was with managing their diet.

So, Fit Meal  (fitmealie) was born to help people to be Healthier, Happier and Fitter. Using his 15 years experience as a qualified chef, our delicious and perfectly balanced meals were devised. Fit Meal is a Healthy Meal Delivery Service, with a focus on fresh, quality, Irish ingredients – at an affordable price. 

We started with one client last year in january and with hard work and dedication built strong base of still growing company.

Today is Fitmeal delivering meals in more than 50 areas every week including sports clubs and offices with staff meals. We are Gratefull for all our achievements and happy to continue in providing to our customers more value every time we can.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: SELECT YOUR PLAN

Pick from 4 Different plans from One Lunch a day to Full day supply. Meat or Veggie lover? Call us Now to guide you through your nutritional needs and personalized goals and choosing your start up plan. Our Nutricionist is ready to answer your questions anytime between 8am-8pm.

STEP 2: WE COOK YOUR FOOD

Our brilliant chefs work hard to bring you the most delicious, fresh and nutritious meals. All meals are made with high-quality Irish ingredients. We use quality meats, fresh fruit and vegetables – and no preservatives, artificial ingredients or added sugar. Local and Always Gluten Free! Each healthy meal is created to be as nutritious and balanced as possible, without ever losing flavour.

STEP 3: WE DELIVER TO YOU

  • We deliver meals in chilled van in temperature between 0-3*C degrees
  • Fresh meals are delivered every Monday & Wednesday between 5.30am and 1pm, directly to your work or home. Let us know in your order what time suits you the best.
