How to get in shape even if you are an absolute beginner ?

The key isn’t to go hard as much u can. The key is consistency. Pick up something you already know , something as simple as running or a cross trainer.

  1. Workout at easy pace
  2. Start with 20 minutes for 2 weeks
  3. Do it every day ( Monday to Friday)
  4. Increase length – not speed.
  5. Be patient
