Try to get in his shoes and see it from a different angle. Maybe he is the one who need your help.

 

  • TRAINING

-what are your weak points? Target them and include in your routine.

-do you sleep full 8 hours? How comfy is your mattress?
Maybe you should finally buy new one and improve your sleep. Sleep plays important role in recovery and affects our whole day including training.

 

  • FAMILY

-spend more time with your partner, parent or child. Do your daily emails every day at same time, don’t work constantly. Give your family more time to enjoy together. The more time you give , the more smiles you’ll earn!
